Pricing and Terms/Conditions

Our puppies are $4,000 on limited AKC. This means to a pet home only with no breeding right. All of our puppies are sold on Limited AKC Registration unless discussed.
Older puppies 12 plus weeks old are $4,500 on Limited AKC.
If approved our puppies are $8,000 on Full AKC.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to be placed on our waiting list. If the mother does not have the puppy you are looking for, the deposit can be moved to another litter prior to puppies reaching 6 weeks old. At no point in time is it refundable.
If you do not like the puppy that is left after puppy picks are completed you may move your deposit at that time but anything after the puppy pick at 6 weeks old is not movable or refundable. If you decide to back out, then you would have to place another deposit to get back on our waiting list.
Final payment is due once puppies reach 6 weeks old.
We will take payment by check or Square Invoice. Sending an invoice does charge a 3.4 percent fee.
When placing a deposit with us, you are agreeing to have an open line of communication. I will always answer any questions in a timely manner. I will also expect the same.
As the puppies grow I will send out weekly pictures to everyone. This will normally fall on the weekend. Please understand I do have four kids and the dogs/puppies keep me very busy exact day will vary week by week.
Once puppies are born you will be given a date that they can be picked up. You will have seven days from that day to pick up anything after those seven days will be a $25 a day holding fee.
When it comes time to make arrangements for picking up your puppy I ask that dates/times be given to me by the time the puppies are 6 weeks old.
The families will get to pick which puppy they want at 6 weeks old. I do not allow people to come to our home for the safety of our kids, puppies, and dogs. We will do picks in the order that the deposits were placed. No one knows these puppies better than I do, so I will help guide families with their selections based upon what each family is looking for.
Your puppy will be kept up to date on vaccinations and deworming, as well as being microchipped. I have a 24-hour Health Guarantee and a 13-month hip/elbow guarantee. I encourage everyone to read it before placing your deposit in case you may have any questions about our Guarantee.
